**Job Title - Senior Paraplanner**

**Location - Taunton (Remote)**

**Salary - £40,000 - £55,000**

Capio Recruitment is working with an independent financial planning firm on an exciting opportunity for an Paraplanner to join a practice in Exeter. The firm prides themselves on providing a high-quality service with a priority of putting their clients first.They have an excellent level of knowledge in services such as protection, investments, and pensions.

You will be providing excellent support to their team of experienced advisers whilst also managing and monitoring your teams work load. You will also be a mentor for junior members of staff, aiding them with training to help with their development.

This role suit an experience Paraplanning either looking to continue to manage a team of Paraplanners or a great step in your career development into a senior position.

**Required experience**:

- Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered Desirable)
- Previous experience working as a Paraplanner
- Approachable, professional, and ambitious
- Proficient in systems such as Microsoft 365 and Intelligent Office
- Willingness to undertake industry relevant qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Pensions and Investments
