Duties:

- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butcher area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of meat products
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meat dishes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a butcher in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper butchering techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: £23,200.00-£26,200.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Butchering: 3 years (preferred)
