The Legal Property team are currently looking for a Security Portfolio Coordinator to join their busy team. You will play a key role in supporting and managing Bromford’s portfolio of charged and unencumbered properties in-line with agreed processes, all whilst providing excellent customer service.

The role will see you responding to and resolving disposal security release queries from across the business. You will liaise with funders and solicitors to obtain consents to release, as well as maintaining a library of key security documents. You will assist with updating and maintaining security elements of the Property Asset Register.

Utilising your commercial mindset, you will identify suitable properties for charging and support the team to progress, along with assisting with managing and maintaining documentation required for securitisation purposes, liaising with solicitors, lenders and other teams as required. You will provide general administration support to the legal property team, such as inbox management, processing invoices, redacting documents, maintain the EDRM system and ensuring the SharePoint site is up to date.

**This role is full time and permanent. It’s a roaming role and you can be based out of either of our main offices in Wolverhampton or Tewkesbury with some occasional travel across our geography.**

- Proven experience working within a similar role and dealing with key stakeholders.
- Able to build effective proactive stakeholder relationships based on trust and respect.
- IT literate with good excel and data manipulation skills.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- A proactive approach; anticipating situations.
- Highly motivated, collaborative and results driven.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial mindsight.
- Methodical, diligent and independent.
