**Therapeutic Practitioner (Residential)**
- **Full time (two full days & nights, then have four days off)**:

**About the Role**:
As a Therapeutic Practitioner (Residential), you'll play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma. Your dedication will help improve outcomes for these individuals, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

**We are looking for colleagues who are**:

- Experienced working with children and young people
- Level 3 qualified in residential care or willing to work towards the qualification
- Motivated to support children & young people who have suffered trauma
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
- Looking for a role with a caring and supportive company who place the child at the centre of everything we do
- Hold a full UK driving licence
