**QUOTATIONS SPECIALIST (FSL TECHNICAL)**

LOCATION HOLYWELL, WALES

SALARY £ 26,000 PER ANNUM + BONUS

PERMANENT / FULL TIME

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Quotations Specialist to join our client's busy team based in Holywell, North Wales.

Our client is a multinational company who provide sustainable products and systems into the construction industry.

**Your Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ability to process dimensional "Take Off" from Architectural plans.
- Liaise with customers offering advice and solutions to queries.
- Reporting customer feedback to management on any aspect of quotation, price, and delivery to allow us to continually monitor our competitiveness in the market.
- Enter project and specification information into our project tracking system - Sales Force.
- Issue estimates / quotations via our in-house Easy Order technical quotation software, ensuring accurate and detailed interpretation of customer requirements, within their tight KPI timeframe for return of quotation.
- Liaise with multiple colleagues and departments to ensure stocks and production space are available for customer requirements.
- Operating in compliance with ISO 37301, 18001, 14001, 9001, 50001, the company handbook and the Code of Conduct.
- Ensuring accuracy of quotation against order received. This quotation once accepted will then be electronically transferred into our SAP system for the order process. 100% accuracy is essential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent PC skills and proficient in Microsoft office.
- 2+ years of CAD experience.
- Ability to process dimensional "Take Off" from architectural plans.
- Experience working to KPI's.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to be highly organised with excellent administration, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- The ability to manage complex projects to strict deadlines and to remain calm under pressure.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
