Working for this fabulous tour operator who are quite simply amazing to work for, you will be leading a small team who manage all business -led changes for guests' booked holidays.

**Pre
- Departure Team Manager - What will I be doing?**
- You will be providing support, coaching and development to your small team and will be required to work on in a hands on capacity at busy times.
- Your team will be contacting customers to let them know of any changes that might need to be made to their holiday - these can be minor changes through to major. So you will be managing, organising and prioritising all changes received.
- You will be ensuring that all communications with guests are done with the most appropriate method
- This business are firm believers that, when this is required, it's an opportunity to show just how good they can be, by delivering a pro-active and personal service with the aim of restoring the faith of any dissatisfied guests.
- The role is split between home-working and working from their Farnborough office
- You will be jointly responsible for ensuring that your team are "doing the right thing" by their guests, by the business, and in accordance with their legal and regulatory obligations. The role works closely with key stakeholders in their Overseas, Operationsand Contracting teams
- You will be spending alot of your time coaching your team to deliver the best outcomes for guests and the business.

- Departure Team Manager - What experience do I need?**
- Ideally you will have worked in the Travel Industry previously within a Customer Relations / Pre
- Departure / Operations background where you have had to manage a customers expectations and resolve issues that might effect their holiday.
- You will be an outstanding communicator with plenty of empathy and a desire to leave a customer wowed but understanding the needs of the business too.
- You will be commercially minded with an understanding of the need to balance a customer's satisfaction with the commercials of the business.
- You will have previous experience of managing / coaching / developing a small team.

- Departure Team Manager - What else do I need to know?**

You will be working in a hybrid capacity - 2 days a week in their fabulous offices in Farnborough and 3 days from home. The hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30.
