Part-time Telesales Assistant

We are currently on the lookout for a Telesales Assistant to join our client based in Rawtenstall.

The main duties would include:

- Conduct outbound calls to SME businesses to promote our services and arrange online or face-to-face meetings for our sales executives
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to deliver persuasive sales pitches
- Meet or exceed KPI targets
- Document all customer interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
- Basic computer skills for data entry and updating customer information
- **Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essential - preferably in the courier / Transportation & Logistics industry.**_

This role is part-time, 18 hours a week on a temp-perm basis.

The rate of pay is £10.42.
