My client who are based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, are specialists in delivering HR and compliance solutions for the education sector. Having recently merged with a new business, they are well established and fast growing, meaning there is stillthat small company feel but with more opportunities for development and progression.
They are now looking for a brand new 1st Line Customer Support Analyst to join their busy team on a full time and permanent basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Talking clients through a series of actions over the telephone to resolve any issues they may be having.
- Troubleshooting system and diagnosing faults.
- Completing detailed data tasks with large amounts of data in various formats.
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to other internal departments, if appropriate).
- Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with their customer base.
- Assisting with testing and evaluating new technology as required.
**Monday - Friday, 08:00 -17:00**
**Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home**
