Duties:

- Arrange and coordinate inwards and outwards international and domestic shipping and customs including required documentation.
- Order, track and report ETS for all shipments in and out of company to operations and sales departments.
- Process Goods Received Notes in Sage 50.
- Assist with off-stocking and preparation of sales quotations.
- Arrange and coordinate procurement of all approved items based on approved POs.
- Consolidate vendors list for cost optimization.
- Compile certifications packages.
- Ensure all equipment are calibrated and update calibration records.
- Prepare operations documents such as shipping documents.
- Verify goods to be delivered with the purchase order from customer.
- Assist in completion of tenders, evaluate and negotiate response to reduce company cost.
- Coordinate daily with sales and operations on requirements.
- Work with managers and team members to implement new strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
- Conduct on-boarding process for new employees, documentation of employee records, etc.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time by your reporting head.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 software.
- Attention to details with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: £2,700.00-£3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
