**Purpose of the role**:
As part of a small HR Team, based in the UK, you will work closely with leadership and employees across our ecube sites in the UK, Spain and US. You will be is responsible for providing proactive support and co-ordination; owning processes at varying stages of the employment life cycle including elements of recruitment, new employee onboarding and changes to employee terms and conditions, whilst continuously looking to enhance and improve processes. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers with low level HR related queries, ensuring compliance with ecube Policies and local Employment Law, driving employee engagement, and assist the implementation of HR initiatives that enhance our workplace culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- HR administration including Offer Letters, Employment Agreements and Performance Review administration.
- Maintain employee HR records and data:

- Tracking all new Joiner onboarding documentation and ensuring completion of mandatory induction training.
- Supporting the monthly payroll process.
- Updating HR policies and job descriptions.
- Attending performance improvement or disciplinary meetings and taking accurate minutes.
- Collect and analyse HR metrics to provide insights on trends.
- Contribute to maintaining a respectful and compliant workplace culture.
- First point of contact for internal and external HR queries, forwarding to the HR Manager where appropriate.
- Supporting the HR Manager with ad hoc projects.

**Successful applicants will be able to show**:
Skills and Competencies
- Proven previous experience as an HR Administrator, or similar role;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Motivated to pursue a career in HR at ecube and keen to learn new skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Well organised and ability to prioritise;
- Team player who thrives on collaboration and providing support to colleagues;
- Analytical thinker and a problem-solving attitude, willing to take initiative and suggest ways to improve processes;
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach to understand and meet the needs of employees and the business.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- CIPD qualification or working towards one.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
