**Information on the role**
- **Assist in Estimating projects**:

- Provide general commercial support to the works delivery management team
- Process payment certificates
- Attend valuation & progress meetings
- Manage cost reports & progress measurement documents

**What we’d like from you**
- **Previous experience as a Commercial Assistant, Estimator, or Quantity Surveyor desirable**:

- Experience working in a Commercial Team
- Basic contract, estimating, valuation, cost report, & financial modelling knowledge & experience
- Understanding of risk management, change & claim management, & contract performance management
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
