- Part time 6 hours per week (Flexible on hours).

Role Overview Under the general guidance of the Front of House Manager, you will Coordinate with patients to provide that "VIP service” by following up and discussing their treatment needs/options.

What You’ll Do
- Undertake duties in accordance with Companys policies and procedures
- Follow up with treatment leads by telephone or video consultation at scheduled times in the day.
- Actively Greet patients in a warm, respectful, and courteous manner at all times, acting in a way that actively contributes to the promotion and improvement of our brand and in line with the Vision “Every Patient is a VIP”.
- Make follow-up bookings for patients after the appointment via a remote login to the dental software
- Using Ethical sales techniques to increase the uptake and upselling of dental treatments in a professional manner.
- Liaise with the Front of House Manager and Practice Manger to discuss percentage uptakes, trends and patterns.

What You’ll Bring
- Qualified to GCSE level standard
- Experience in a Customer Facing environment such as; Luxury hotel, high end retail, private hospital or other experience involving interaction with high profile clients and high levels of customer service.
- Assertive, articulate and polite.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work on own initiative, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Good timekeeping but prepared to be flexible.
- Proven experience of delivering customer services to an exceptionally high standard
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
- Confident and assertive manner.
- Natural ability to empathise with patients and demonstrate a genuine care.
- Be flexible to work from home and be available to come into the practice

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
