**Job Scope**:
We are looking to recruit a Relief Care Team Leader to deliver Care Services within our Care Homes to excellent standards. This role is for bank staff on an as needed basis.

As the Relief Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive comprehensive support to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs. The Relief Care Team Leader will take on the role of team leader and work as an integral part of the care team during shifts, assisting with tasks such as personal care and medication administration.

Your duties will encompass organizing staff allocations and breaks, coordinating coverage for staff absences, collaborating with home managers, and managing interactions with external agencies and visiting professionals.

The Care Team Leader dedication to maintaining high care standards and effective team management will be crucial in providing exceptional care within our Care Homes.

**Do you have?**
- Previous experience in a similar care environment supervising others
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, minimum
- Previous experience in caring for elderly individuals with dementia
- A willingness to perform all aspects of care to fulfill residents' requirements
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.15 per hour
