ISS provides facilities management, cleaning & hygiene services, maintenance and building services, catering, front of house, and a wide range of other tailor-made services for customers throughout the Key Accounts 1, Key Accounts 2 & Specialised Services.

The key purpose of the Assistant Finance Business Partner is to support Senior FBP and Contract Management Team to deliver profitable and sustainable growth for services.

The AFBP is responsible for providing administration across the account and to ensure the continual financial management and performance to KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Ensure all GRN’s are processed, and queries followed up with relevant Finance/Commercial teams
- Processing invoices, chasing all Open Purchase Orders daily to get subcontractor/supplier invoices in and added to the system for processing
- Escalations of issues with Supplier payments, invoices, and payment queries to Back/Front of House Payable departments
- Resolve any queries that may arise through processing purchase invoices (investigation work and liaising with contract managers
- To ensure continuous improvement with Variable Works reporting and accuracy
- Support with Variable works meetings

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Experience working in a Finance organisation, preferably within a similar industry
- Experience in a similar role within a multi-site business is desirable
- Evidence of strong understanding of the importance of process and control within Finance.
- Ability to highlight problems, offer practical solutions, and support their execution
- Commercial acumen, as well as experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business value drivers
- Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
