Windsor Telecom is looking for an energetic and bright Senior Marketing Exec to join our team. Ideally, you’ll be passionate about technology-focused B2B marketing with limitless energy and a passion to drive results.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Senior Marketing Executive include, but are not limited to:

- Bring to life the brand personality and culture of Windsor throughout all on and offline marketing executions.
- Contribute to delivering the Windsor marketing campaigns and plan as required to achieve the demand generation activity to deliver the sales targets.
- Research, plan, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns - from initial concept through to delivery and ROI measurement.
- Optimise the use of all communication channels for campaigns to maximise success, incorporating both online and offline tactics.
- Confidently work with data to run segmented, targeted campaigns and Account Based Marketing.
- Ensure prospects are nurtured through the marketing funnel and leads are followed up and managed through the sales funnel.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to help them win sales and hit targets.
- Internally communicate campaigns and marketing strategies for colleague buy-in.
- Comply with company policies, Security, Safety, Data, Health & Environmental responsibilities.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Senior Marketing Executive are:

- Love and experience in everything sales and marketing - B2B focused.
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proven track record in direct marketing, campaign management and digital marketing with knowledge of marketing techniques in B2B market; ideally Telecoms/ Technology/SAAS.
- Demand creation skills - inbound and outbound tactics; online and offline.
- Exposure to partner marketing a benefit.
- Organised and able to multi-task.
- Comfortable delivering under pressure and working at pace.
