LV PROPERTY offers a full property lettings and management service across Birmingham City Centre. We've doubled our lettings stock every year since we started in 2011, and our focus for 2024 is rapidly expanding in the Birmingham.

We deal with sales, lettings, investments and property management with 1000's of clients respecting the work that we do, having built a strong brand presence in the Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham city centre we are rapidly expanding our portfolio and attracting high performing individuals to join our growing team.

With all this just being the start of our ambitious plans, its quite possible that were the most exciting property company in Birmingham.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**
- **Winning New Business**:

- Marketing and Canvassing For New Business Opportunities
- **Conducting Property Viewings & Referencing**:

- **Arranging and carrying-out viewings - Managing your own diary**:

- **Build and maintain a first-class service to all customers, vendors, landlords and tenants.**:

- **Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them.**:

- Account managing part of our landlord portfolio with the intention to deliver the highest service
- **Meeting weekly targets and working closely with the office team.**

**PERSON / SKILLS PROFILE**

Self-motivation with a flexible, positive can do attitude as you will be expected to have a passion and be driven to grow the business.

**Location**: Birmingham City Centre
**Basis**: Full Time - Permanent, with early evening and some Saturday hours required to accomodate viewings.
**Salary**:£18,000 - £24,000 basic dependant on experience plus commission

**Benefits**:
