We are recruiting for an Internal Sales person, to join a growing Electrical Wholesale branch in Winchester.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Directly assisting the External Sales Rep with customer accounts, orders and quotations
- Processing and following up on quotations for customers
- Dealing with customers via the phone
- Serving customers over the Trade Counter
- Working as part of a tightly-knit team to ensure that the branch runs efficiently and effectively
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty
- Collaborating with customers, colleagues and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launches
**Experience / Skills**:
- Telephone Sales and/or Trade Counter experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Proactive
- Team player
