**Contract**: Full Time - 40 hours per week

**Hourly Rate**: £11.70 per hour

**Job Brief**:
To support the house managers in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. To help manage the team and supervise the team while on shift and in the absence of the manager. Ensuring that HF Holiday policies and procedures are followed at all times.

**The Role**
- To be responsible for all team members
- Deputise in the absence of the house manager and assistant manager
- To help clean guest rooms and public areas. To help in preparation and service
- To complete general administration as required by the management
- To appraise the performance of staff and recommend those suitable for promotion
- To report to management any faulty equipment
- Support the management in the induction of new household staff
- To ensure that all household staff comply with HF Holidays policies, e.g. fire, safety precautions etc
- To engage and interact with guests in a way that promotes a warm and friendly atmosphere within the house

**About You**:

- Experience in a similar, supervisory level role in a busy hotel or guest house
- Good leadership skills and teamwork ethic
- Flexibility in working hours, availability at evenings and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to communicate effectively.
