Fashion E-commerce

Glamify fashion is a fast fashion brand based in the northwest and we are looking for a full time e-commerce inventory assistant to join our hard working team.

The starting rate will be minimum wage based on age & experience which will be reviewed after 12 weeks.

As a inventory assistant at glamify you will be responsible for uploading the stock to our online store using shopify interface and merchandising it regularly, this can be a fast paced job and requires accuracy and attention to detail, this will consist of:
Creating the product
Giving the the item a description
Creating item barcodes
Logging the relevant information in a spreadsheet
Uploading images for each item
Creating and merchandising product Categories
- Other job roles included in this job role include:

- Helping on photo shoots (taking photos of the clothing)
- Editing image so the shot and lighting are consistent
- Merchandising the website
- Keeping the product spreadsheet updated
- office dutties
- helping were needed

About you

Hardworking and reliable and willing to learn new skills
Have a great attention to detail
Basic it knowledge (spreadsheet, word documents)
Knowledge of using the shopify interface ( not essential )
Great communication skills
Great at working as part of a team
Excellent organization and prioritizing skills

Required Qualifications

We are not asking for any specific qualifications as training will be provided but the role does demand good written literacy skills and confidence speaking on the phone. Although previous experience in a customer service role is desirable it is not essential as we are much more interested in the potential of the individual and an eagerness to learn and progress within the business.
