We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic individual to join our International Finance Department. Part of a busy team, the International Finance Associate role involves managing a portfolio of international clients, delivering services and providing solutions to queries. You must be able to deliver an excellent customer experience, cope under pressure, have superb communication at all levels and the enthusiasm to learn new skills. **Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of international client’s deliverables consisting of bookkeeping and compliance services prepared by offshore teams. This will include but not limited to managing a schedule with the client and local partners, collecting data from clients, providing reporting to clients, answering client queries, and attending client calls.
- Managing the team trackers to ensure all deliverables are recorded and provide regular reporting to the Finance Business Partner.
- Maintain internal client database.
- Updating the company knowledge base with legislation changes

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounts preparation (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent written and oral communication across all levels; including with clients, colleagues and management
- Ability to work and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to respond enthusiastically to client enquiries
- Excellent numerical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain and foster close working relationships with clients
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organised and methodical
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Honesty and respect for confidential information
- Ability to work well as a team
