**Duties include (but not limited to)**:
- Allocating the right carer to the right client at the right times
- Maintain excellent communication between the workforce and management
- Liaising with a variety of healthcare professionals
- Supporting Health Care Assistants to do their job to the best of their ability
- Contribute to staff development and identify any training needs of Health Care Assistants
- Taking part in on call rota

- Anfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
