We are a fast growing mortgage brokerage based in Somerset & Exeter. We work with a wide range of lenders and insurance providers and pride ourselves on delivering a great service to all our clients.

**About the role**:
Ascertain client’s needs, investigate and research options, present solutions and recommendations based on their needs, affordability and eligibility.

You will be involved in inbound and outbound calls with the flexibility to carry out face to face appointments.

Guiding clients through the buying process which may mean liaising with solicitors and estate agents as well as your clients.

You may have access to leads, from various sources including estate agents, new build developers, accountants, and our existing clients.

Training and continual professional development provided.

Competitive rates of pay available dependent on experience

Uncapped earnings
- Have CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage & protection adviser
- Be able to demonstrate previous performance
- Be passionate about giving every client a bespoke service based on their individual needs
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keep themselves continually up to date with an ever-changing sector
- Have strong rapport building skills with the ability to be personable yet professional and to network in order to help build your client bank and our brand
- Be proactive and resourceful with a positive mindset
- Have the ability to problem-solve and build solutions for your clients
- Be compliant and have a full employment history as referencing may be required
- Be driven to succeed in a role that can be very demanding

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
