We are looking for customer service / call centre staff to take incoming and make outgoing calls for our customer care department team. You will be working in a fast past enviorment.

You will be the first point of contact for the client, if you have a natural flair and ability to build rapport quickly ,also this could be giving an update to a client, booking an appointment or simply liaising with a client to obtain information. Accurately updating our CRM system to ensure other teams can easily understand what has been discussed with the client.

You will be working to targets on number of calls taken and quality of the call. Where you will be rewarded monthly with a bonus if achieve.
