**About us**

Dolphin Swimming Academy is a family run swim school operated by a husband and wife team Richard and Charlotte Green, with the support of our amazing team of swimming instructors.

As parents of two children that love the water we understand the importance of children learning to swim, by making sure that they learn through having fun in the water.

At our swim school we provide swimming lessons to children of all ages and abilities.
We offer small class sizes (max 6 children per class).

Our aim is not just to get the children swimming, we want children to enjoy each lesson, have fun and love being in the water.

Dolphin Swimming Academy are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our swimming team.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with all levels of swimmers.

Hours of work Thursday 4:30pm to 8pm
- A passion for working with children
- At least 1 years’ experience swim teaching children
- An engaging personality and lots of energy
- A great sense of humour
- Great communication skills

Ideally we would like an ASA level 2 or STA equivalent swimming teacher.

Key tasks for the Swimming Teacher:
Ensures swimming lessons meet Dolphin Swimming Academy performance standards, legislative requirements and ‘best practice’ guidance.

Looks after the welfare of all pupils through observation and appropriate teaching practices in line with current safe practices.

Promotes and establishes a culture of ‘customer care’ and ‘quality service’ amongst colleagues and within activities.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3.5 per week

**Salary**: £18.00 per hour
