As an innovator of digital solutions a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a newly developed and expanding Insurance Claims Team working for a renowned Global Loss Adjusting Organisation where you will be part of a dedicated team supporting a leading well known reputable household brand name handling new household (buildings & contents) claims from first notification of loss through to settlement up to £100k. The role will initially be working from their Leeds Office base which will evolve to a hybrid role over time following training and development on their new and exciting product which is very much technology driven. You will be working 35hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle your own caseload of Buildings & Contents Insurance Claims from first notification through to settlement up to £100k
- Act as a single point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Work alongside suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to identify the best solutions to support the customer and resolve each claim
- Access to the latest video technology enabling the opportunity to access properties and liaise with suppliers on site during the claims process
- Deal with all cost control and payments
- Deliver the highest technical quality with a strong focus on the customer experience

**Applicant Requirements**:
About you:

- Experience of handling domestic property claims from cradle to grave
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional Customer Services skills/ethics
- Commitment to gaining the relevant knowledge and skills for the technical aspects of the role
- Strong IT/Systems experience and be technology driven
- Ideally have or be progressing towards Industry Qualifications Cert CII / Cert CILA
