As an Assistant Accountant your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Business Unit Manager with management activities
- Raising and sending sales invoices, processing purchase invoices, banking
- Preparation of accounts, including accruals, prepayments and journalling
- Submission of VAT returns and other HMRC documentation
- Credit control
- Some HR related administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- General office duties

This is an office-based role, with flexible hours. (37.5) You will receive a salary between £26,000 - £28,000 alongside free parking and 20 days holiday which increase with service and opportunity for study support.
