We are now looking for a passionate Sales Negotiator / Telesales executive to join our successful telesales team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within our exciting and growing business and earn excellent achievable commissions.

**Position**:
The Sales Negotiator comes with a basic salary of £24 - £26,000 per annum DOE

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be supporting the Sales Manager and internal sales team following up in-home sales appointments on the phone and arranging sales contracts.

Ideally, you will have some sales experience selling over the phone and booking appointments. We are keen to speak to anyone who is driven to succeed and enjoys speaking to lots of customers and selling over the phone.

**You will be**:

- Calling all Customers within 48hrs and closing sales over the phone
- Negotiating Sales contracts and arranging Finance Agreements remotely
- Conducting Virtual Appointments and closing sales
- Dealing with customer walk in’s to the show site and arranging appointments/sales contracts
- Calling Existing Customers and Old Appointments and re-booking Sales Appointments
- Following up Eshot and Direct Mail Campaigns with phone calls to book in sales appointments
- Contacting any inbound cancellations and resurrecting them where possible

- Previous experience in telesales ideally required
- Excited by making lots of calls and speaking to lots of people
- Persuasive and direct communication
- A passion for sales, and the drive to make a difference in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and customer focused attitude
- Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
- Target driven and enjoys a fast paced environment

**Other information**:
Working hours: Full time hours and working from our Wellingborough show site with weekend and evening work included (40 hours per week - times to be agreed). Part time hours could be considered.
