**What is the role?**

Team Leader/ Supervisor. Here at Terracotta we have a passion for Italian. We provide fantastic Italian dishes for our guests travelling through the airport. Our Italian Kitchen - Terracotta” is not an eatery, it is not just a restaurant, it is not just a service, it is a moment of honest hospitality, an invitation to truly let go. Indulge, laugh, enjoy, smack your lips, slurp your spaghetti, lick your finger and have another spoon of gelato. Let it go, let it be, let us take careinsomma lascia fare We are now looking for experienced Supervisors to join us for our new opening. We are looking for experienced leaders who have a minimum of 1 year’s hands on experience leading a team within a similar, fast paced bar environment.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
