**About the role**:
This role is based at Biddulph Town Hall, servicing Staffordshire Moorlands area. As an Adult Specialist Link Worker you will be part of the Adult Specialist Worker (ASW) service as a Domestic Abuse specialist practitioner within the Families and Children’s Teams across Staffordshire. You will co-locate and work closely with the Social Care team and other specialists involved as part of a multi-disciplinary response to the family where a child is at risk or potential risk; ensuring an holistic, joined up, problem solving approach.

You will need an:
- Understanding of the dynamics of domestic abuse, impact on children and best practice approaches in supporting DA victims.
- Understanding of the statutory, voluntary and community sector in the delivery of services to vulnerable people.
- Effective case management including maintaining accurate and confidential case management records
