Housekeeper and Houseman

**Experienced Couple required Forfar, Dundee**

Excellent position for an experienced couple to help manage a 5 bedroom residence in Forfar. Please note this is a position for a **couple** with previous experience within private family residences.

**Housekeeper and a Houseman.**

Housekeeping duties not limited to,

Cleaning public and private areas, packing and unpacking for travel. Laundry services including bed linen, help to care for 2 cats. Household purchasing, weekly food shop, household budget management and window cleaning inside and out.

Groundsman duties not limited to:
Help to maintain ground of 10 acres, grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding and caring for flower and vegetable gardens, leaf blowing. Driving and maintaining cars ensuring MOT’s etc are up to date. Maintenance of drains and gutters, overseeing tradesman and contractors. Occasional Chauffeuring, occasional decorating and internal maintenance. Other duties as requested.

Hours Monday -Friday 9am to 5pm.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

- private household Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
