Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a manufacturing operative to join our client's production team.

Monday-Friday 06:30-14:30 -£11.50/h up yo 40hr per week, OT paid at x1.5

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble products according to specifications
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing and engineering background will be ideal
- Previous experience in automotive industry
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
