**Role: Waiter / Waitress**

**Pay: £11 - £12 per hour (Based on Experience)**

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced waiting staff to join our team. If you have a strong background in hospitality, a keen understanding of food and beverage, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Take and deliver customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, and beverages.
- Ensure a positive dining experience by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar waiting staff role.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
