The Burford Recruitment Company are working exclusively with a small, yet ambitious business based near Long Hanborough. Our client is looking for a bright and capable individual who is passionate about sales and business development

It is an exciting time to join an enthusiastic team of ten and be part of this growing business. In this role, you will head up the sales function for the company, converting leads into sales revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily to deliver an ambitious sales plan by making the most of every inbound sales enquiry and to unlock the potential for additional sales to our existing customers
- To identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities beyond our existing customer base
- To identify and exploit every opportunity to sell additional BIBOs, filter packs and other services to existing customers
- To consolidate and grow the subscriptions revenue stream
- To manage and help develop the sales element of the CRM system
- To visit relevant customers when and where necessary
