**HSEQ Coordinator**

**Glasgow**

**Salary depending on experience**

**Full time (Permanent)**

**Fully office based**

I am currently shortlisting for a key client in Glasgow who are looking for a HSEQ Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be provide support to the HSEQ team and the wider Operations team and you will be responsible for the coordinator of all monitoring and reporting activities related to fleet performance and implementation of the integrated management system. This role is also a designated Drug and Alcohol Testing Coordinator.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Treat Health, safety, security and environment as a top priority- Check and upload senior management visit reports and external audit reports into the inspection system- Drive and support the company’s seven standards in line with the company’s purpose and values- Work closely with all members of the Fleet, Ship and Shore in support of effective implementation of the integrated management system- Monitor the completion of all internal inspections and update to tracker- Support and liase with the HSEQ Manager on global issues and initiatives- Assist in system checks to ensure correct workflow and processes are being followed.- Provide support and guidance when required- Assist with the collation of information and data to meet customers and company reporting requirements- Monitor the status of all overdue actions. Generate overdue actions reports and distribute to the Operations team- Prepare meetings coordinate attendance and contribute to presentations for office HSEQ Meetings- Prepare monthly and quarterly HSEQ KPI reports- Support HSEQ manager with the upkeep of the Emergency Response Annual Drill planner and ERT training records- Coordinate drug and alcohol testing, including maintenance records, Liaise with 3rd party Drug and Alcohol Testing company ensuring invoices and results are processed with relevant departments.- Knowledge of the Maritime Regulation and statutory requirements would be beneficial- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis- Accuracy and Attention to detail- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively- Analytical, problem-solving skills- Ability to respond positively to customers in an effective manner- Demonstrate teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills- Proficient with the use of the Microsoft packagesTo find out more please contact Codie Smith.
