We would like to offer the opportunity for a Receptionist to join our busy growing Practice.
Our Receptionists play a vital role in supporting our Clinicians and Patients during our Practice opening hours of 7am - 7pm.
As a Receptionist you will deliver an incredible Customer Service to all who enters the Practice, You will build a rapport with the patients, establish their needs quickly in order to efficiently meet their requirements.
Role:
- Follow procedures to make sure the right information is getting to the right people
- Accurately record calls, obtaining clear concise messages to relay and book into the screens
- Rotate from patient facing front desk shift to call handler and admin shift
- Manage Patient and Reception waiting area
- Assist patients to move to our online services
- Action tasks and workflow
- Liaise and support all Clinicians, Admin and Medicine team
Experience and requirements:
- Min of 2 years recent office experience /customer service / NHS experience
- Accuracy with form filling and following procedures.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate
- Being professional at all times
- Adhere to confidentiality policies
- Previous use of EMIS would be beneficial
- Must be a Team Player
- Pro Active and Enthusiastic
Training will be given.
Reception hours are 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday
We are recruiting for 20 hrs across the week on a floating shift pattern.

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
