Reed Accountancy is recruiting for a Cash Allocation Clerk to join our client’s business based to the West side of Coventry. Easily commutable from Coventry, Solihull, Marston Green area, Nuneaton, and surrounding areas,
The role will be reporting to the Finance Manager and working within in a small friendly team.
This is a newly created role due to tremendous growth.
Main Responsibilities.
Cash Flow Forecasting
Cash Allocation - allocation across multi sites and systems
Raising credit notes, perform and monitor invoice reversals, perform claim and refunds
Clearing unallocated cash
Reconciliation of client accounts and ledgers.
Assisting with all account enquiries/ queries.
Daily banking / bank reconciliation.
You will have an analytical mind set, and SAGE experienced.
Due to the location you will need to have you own transport as not on public transport routes.
