**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the monitoring and management of Trustpilot reviews, managing responses, offering solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Organise and prioritise customer queries efficiently, taking ownership from start to finish.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to guide new and potential customers to a range of products.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure optimal teamwork and efficiency.
- Follow processes, instructions, and identify and address issues proactively.
**What You Need**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and confidently communicate with customers.
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience, including Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organisational abilities.
- Initiative to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for collaborative teamwork, generating new ideas, and handling administrative tasks.
- Positive attitude, willingness to tackle challenges head-on, and the ability to make light of difficult situations.
- Desire to help customers and colleagues, demonstrating patience and compassion.
**What You'll Receive**:
- Competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.
- 33 days holiday per year, including bank holidays.

**Additional Information**:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Flexible working shifts: 8 am - 4 pm and 12 pm - 8 pm.
