- **The Club**_

The **Oxford and Cambridge Club** is an exclusive private members Club with a Grade II*-listed Clubhouse in central London. The Club has 46 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, 3 banqueting suites, 2 bars, 2 squash courts, a billiard room and extensive libraries. The Club has nearly 5000 members.
- **The Role**_

The role is a full time position working 40 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7 including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- **The Person**_

We are looking for someone who is:

- Ideally have at least 2 years experience working as bartender
- Highly personable, passionate about delivering 5* service and thrives in a busy working environment where no two shifts are ever the same.
- Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile
- Reliable, professional and good team player
- Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English
- **Main Duties**_
- Prepare and serve drink orders
- To maintain appropriate levels of stock
- Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed
