Recruitment Administrator

**Position: Recruitment Administrator**
**Location: Southport, PR8 1JR**
**Salary: starting salary £19,000 - £22,000 experience dependant**
**Annual leave entitlements: 25 days plus bank holidays**
**Role Specific Skills**
Duties include:
- Resourcing;
**Branch Admin;**
- General administration duties including photocopying and filing
- Event Management
- Excel reporting and data inputting
- Diary management
- Ensure that the weekly payroll and timesheets are accurately checked and processed
**General Skills**
Your skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both in person, in writing and over the telephone;
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, workers and colleagues;
- A positive outlook and the ability to think "out of the box" to maximise opportunities;
- Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload;
- Good level of general education; and Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You should have excellent customer service skills, highly organised and a strong communicator.
- As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
