Concierge Driver

**About The Role**:
We are looking for a Concierge Driver to join us at allpay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistant to visitors, customers and staff. This role involves handing inquiries, coordinating services and ensuring the overall satisfaction of all stakeholders.

As Concierge Driver you will:

- Greet and assist visitors to the site, manage reception duties and efficiently handle customer enquiries.
- Assist Directors, guests and visitors as and when required.
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan routes efficiently and general upkeep, cleaning and fault reporting of business vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all services and MOTs are undertaken and up to date.
- Ensure adequate security of buildings at all times, including manning any CCTV and aiding the smooth running of car parking facilities.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge if local amenities, businesses and services.

**About You**:

- Ability to always engage with customers with confidence in a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Be a positive team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach along with the ability to work collaboratively and support the wider team and business objectives.
- Proven ability to be self motivated and driven.
- Proven ability to plan and organise work and priorities.
- Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal along with professional telephone etiquette.
- Valid and clean drivers licence for the appropriate class vehicles.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Ability to load/unload cargo deliveries, if required.
- Display attention to detail and a responsible attitude towards vehicle maintenance.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or transport industry, desirable.
