What you’ll do
We are looking for an FP&A Lead with demonstrable experience in business partnering with a range of non-finance stakeholders within growing organisations and skills in analysing and assessing financial data to work with our Finance team reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Planning.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in our Edinburgh or London office.
- You will utilise data analytics software and systems to analyse and assess existing financial data and performance, bringing disparate sources into our fully integrated planning system, Anaplan.
- You will be presenting complex financial information to Adarma’s senior leadership team.
- You will engage with and maintain effective relationships with business and area leaders to develop and manage KPIs and other financial goals.

How you’ll grow
You will have direct contact with the CEO, CFO and other senior leaders in the business and will be supporting those responsible for strategy in a scaling, private-equity backed company. We are looking for our next generation of leaders and future roles might include becoming the Head of FP&A or CFO.
What you’ll bring
- You will be a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience working in financial planning and analytics roles.
- Varied systems experience. We use Anaplan, NetSuite, Kimble, Salesforce / SFDC and Ceridian Dayforce, but even if you don’t have direct experience with these, if you have a head for learning systems quickly, we still want to hear from you.
- Demonstrable experience of business partnering with various non-finance stakeholders within growing organisations.
