**Car Dealership Customer Ambassador / Showroom Host required in Cambridge**
- Hours: Monday to Friday only, No Weekends
- Competitive basic salary
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Our Main Dealer client based in Cambridge is looking to hire an exceptional individual for a Dealership Customer Ambassador.

You must be a very well-presented individual with a professional yet warm and friendly manner. You will also have impeccable organisational skills and be very easily able to multi task in what can be a very busy showroom.

**You will be required to**:

- Based in the showroom as the first point of contact for customers.
- Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that they receive a really warm welcome as they come in.
- Making customer comfortable in the lounge area, making them drinks and engaging with them.
- Ensuring the relevant person/manager is located and advised of their arrival.
- Answering incoming calls in a professional way and transferring the call through to the correct person.
- Making a sure the showroom lounge area is an inviting and pleasant environment i.e. music / magazines / cold drinks and hot drinks machines are catered for.
- Taking details and handing out brochures when required.
- Creating Job Cards for the Service Department.
- Upselling Service Plans to customers.

The successful Customer Ambassador must have an excellent attention to detail not only with themselves but everything around them so the customer has a flawless and memorable experience
