We are an aspiring organisation, and we are looking for equally bold and creative Coordinator for External and Government Affairs to join our established team. Nissan is positioned to become the most desirable Asian brand in Europe, and we need your help to get there.

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a Coordinator to be based at Nissan Technical Centre Europe, Cranfield to:

- Draft concise and informative briefings for use in engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate complex regulations in clear and accessible language.
- Cultivate relationships with key internal stakeholders in purchasing and HR teams to facilitate the recruitment of staff and professional services.
- Coordinate logístical aspects of engagements and team visits, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain working-level relationships with in-country colleagues and government agencies.
- Deliver regular updates to the team on the political and regulatory environment in specific EU countries.
- Assist EGA director and manager with budget tracking
- Handle tasks, such as organizing meetings, team events and managing team trackers.

The Coordinator should have the following skills or experience:

- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Strong written and spoken communication skills for drafting briefings and engaging with stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex regulations and policies.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously if required, in a fast-paced environment.
- Solutions driven and commitment to problem-solving.
- Strong team worker and ability to hit the ground running.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficient in working with tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Desire to contribute to the success of the team and broader business objectives.
- Previous experience in a government department, think tank, or one of the EU institutions is desirable but not required.

We offer competitive salaries dependent on the experience you bring and will pay you for any overtime you work over your contracted 39 hours per week.
