**Your mission**:
Epson are seeking to recruit a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marcomms Assistant. Reporting into the Manager, Implementation, you will provide daily support to the marketing director & department heads, effectively carrying out the day-to-day routine administration and support functions as required.

This role is based out of Epson’s sales and marketing Offices in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, UK. and, as flexibility is key to a modern lifestyle this role also comes with three/four days WFH.

**What you will do**: Execution of projects**
- To assist with the execution and delivery of marketing materials in line with Epson’s European business and marketing strategy
- To manage translation projects for the team and cover print function as and when required
- To upload assets and images to the Asset Manager following correct tagging protocol
- To upload videos to YouTube as and when required

**Finance support**
- To liaise with European Finance department and external customers to resolve finance queries
- To create purchase orders and GR POs in SAP
- To provide training and support other SAP users across the Marketing Department
- To support any auditing activities across the Marketing Department
- To support all functions within the Marketing Department and assist with queries from other European offices

**Administration and reporting**
- To assist all departments with the admin for events and launches e.g. hotel bookings, expenses
- To manage the collation and sharing of presentations. e.g. MEA report
- To co-ordinate meetings for Marketing Department heads

**Brand**
- To be a true brand guardian

- Additional European languages or European experience would be an advantage, but not essential
- Intermediate in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience of using SAP preferred but not essential
