As part of the wider UX team you will:
- Work with the team to implement the UX Strategy from a design perspective.- Engage with the team workshops and share any new and exciting developments that you come across in the wider industry.- Constructively add to the team dynamic and help us to grow.- Work with the UX team to ensure we’re designing a joined-up experience.- Contribute to growing a customer-centric culture by being the voice of the customer in meetings.- Feed into our new Design System to help it grow.- Identify new opportunities to help solve business problems.

What do I need in order to deliver in the role?

You'll have experience with Design Systems and are aware of the AA accessibility requirements. You'll also be experienced in using a variety of methods of prototyping using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Mural Invision and Marvel

You'll be used to Agile ways of working and can identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use depending on the problem you’re trying to solve.

You know how to use the UX Double Diamond and can communicate your work using the process of Discover, Define, Design and Deliver.

You’re confident being the voice of the customer in product discussions when sharing innovative and pragmatic ways of solving a problem.
