**Main Duties**:

- Providing a warm welcome to guests arriving throughout the night
- Ensuring the security of the hotel throughout the night including regular fire checks
- Providing a limited rooms service offering of food & beverages ensuring excellent food quality and service
- Cleaning and preparing hotel public areas throughout the night
- Covering general reception duties as required including guest check-in, check-out; answering the telephone; basic night audit procedures
- Ensuring hotel health & safety procedures are maintained and overseeing emergency response and evacuation procedures as required
- Assisting with the preparation and setting up of hotel meeting and event spaces as and when necessary

**You should be able to demonstrate**:

- A positive attitude, reliability and responsibility
- Excellent personal appearance and social skills
- Well developed customer service skills
- Ability to work alone without supervision and as part of a team using your initiative
- Competent level of IT efficiency

**These two positions are permanent positions working 4 nights on 4 nights off on a rota basis including weekends. (Other working options both full and/or part-time may also be considered - please specify preference)**

**Due to the location of the hotel you will be required to provide your own transport to and from work as live-in accommodation is not currently available with these positions**
