Deutsche Bank’s Operations group provides support for all of Deutsche Bank businesses to enable them to deliver operational transactions and processes to clients. You will be joining the Operations Reference Data Services (ORDS) team, the team is responsible in providing operational support and management of Party (Client), Product, Organisation (Book), Instrument and Trading Agreement Reference data to facilitate Know Your Client and enable client business and trading relationships and associated downstream processes including Regulatory and Tax obligations and settlement as well as provision of reference data to Infrastructure functions, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Anti Finacial Crime and Compliance, to support their critical processes.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Working of strategic party data deliveries with an initial focus on automation of account opening working & adoption of party data in downstream apps
- Leading business analysis to understand requirements and aligning these to data governance standards to drive appropriate solutions
- Manage and collaborate with front to back stakeholders (both tech and functional) to agree business outcomes, aligning these to requirements and work with Technology partners on prioritisation and implementation
- Managing and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies across ORDS, Client Lifecycle Management and Technology to ensure commitments are met and manage delivery against agreed timelines and milestones with key stakeholders

**Your skills and experience**
- Relevant experience in business analysis and change implementation (experience working in financial services is preferred)
- A proven track record working in data roles, with experience in data governance preferred. Must be able to demonstrable evidence of execution capability including understanding the detail with ability to define outcomes and agree suitable solutions to meet these
- Experience/background in party data, client on-boarding is preferred but not essential
- Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with ability to work cross functionally including strong communication and influencing skills and ability to work effectively virtual global teams and a matrix organisation
- Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry would be an advantage
