**Pay Rate: £15600 - £17550 per annum**

**Graduate Cover Supervisor** to join an esteemed educational institution in
**Skegness** in September or October 2023.

As a
**Graduate Cover Supervisor**, you will play a vital role in maintaining a productive and organized learning environment in the absence of regular teaching staff. Your presence and guidance will ensure that students continue to learn and engage with their studies effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task and adhere to school policies.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and instructions to students, ensuring a smooth continuation of the learning process.
- Support students in their studies and respond to questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to maintain consistency and uphold educational standards.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for education and a desire to contribute positively to students' learning experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
- A graduate degree in a relevant field.
