**Essential Skills**
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision
- Proven leadership skills working collaboratively with virtual teams and stakeholders in an agile environment
- Experience of driving decisions collaboratively and ability to mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions
- Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments including technical understanding of IT infrastructure technology
- Self-motivation and ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of competence in delivering to large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management and engineers). Ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulatedin a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, and Confluence
- Strong diplomacy skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others at all levels of the business
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate initiatives, projects, and programmes across teams from multiple domains
- Manage delivery schedules to ensure capabilities are delivered in line with our customer requirements and strategic goals
- Maintain detailed plans for current projects
- Provide regular and accurate management reporting on progress
- Chair meetings and steering committees with key stakeholders including executive attendance
**Desirable Skills**
- Technical background / knowledge of IT Infrastructure
