CS Recruitment Solutions Ltd are looking for an experienced **All Rounder/Handy Person **for our site in **Leamington Spa**

Suitable applicants should have previous experience working on site.

Initially working on a office refurbishment project.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Reactive maintenance works**:

- **Basic Carpentry, Painting and Plastering**:

- **Making Good and Basic finishing, 2nd fix works**

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **CSCS Card**:

- **Own Tools**:

- **Own Transport**:

- **Full Clean UK Driving License**:

- **Full PPE**

Working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Potential for long term work as our client is looking to potentially take on a full time operative for various sites across the Midlands, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

**Salary**: £160.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leamington Spa: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Handyman/Woman: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
